I only wish this could go into negative stars!!! I had an appointment for between 8 AM and Noon today on a warranty service air conditioner repair. I made repeated calls from 11:30 AM until 3PM attempting to get updates. I was told the technician was delayed on another service call but was assured that he would be responding to address my call by 5 PM today. I advised the woman at J & B...
