I love Starbucks, but I don't expect to wait 10 minutes for my drink when there's only one other person in line. Maybe it's because the barista making drinks chatted for over five minutes with somebody who placed his order at the pick up station instead of at the counter. But since it was just an iced coffee he ordered, I don't understand the long wait.

This is another typical San Diego Starbucks. It's hit or miss on weather the restroom will have toilet paper or if it's clean. Will the bums be using all the outlets charging their phones. They can't miss that call for the job interview or the stand by ticket for a cruise. I'll be glad to get back to my regular Starbucks.
