The pool area was quite bad, but the room was decent and the cost was right. Don't expect much, but it was comfortable to stay at. There was a bunch of construction going on there when we stayed which may have added to the issues.

Nice room with a view

I was greeted right away and the check in was smooth and quick. Very clean room comfy bed. Updated nicely. Had a very nice view of the Mississippi River. Everything was good. The South tower has the view of the river.

Have been to this hotel & casino 7 or 8 times.The have remodeled the rooms a short time ago.The upgrade was long over due. Now the rooms are very nice. Poor Customer Service

My husband and I went to the Quad cities for a concert. We choose this motel because of the shuttle service. I was told getting a shuttle would not be a problem. When we checked in I found out the shuttle is a first come first serve shuttle and only one shuttle. I had even called the motel 3 days...
