Purchased a Hot tub approx. 2 months ago. Have had issues with the ACE, Moto massage and Neck jet. Still having water issues as i write this. Horrendous technicians! Bad attitudes and do not know there "stuff". Getting a return call back after 3 messages is like pulling teeth! Also, speak to 5 people, get 5 different answers. The entire store would benefit from a Hot springs tutorial so...

Hot tub arrived damaged. Joe promised to order new exterior panels and install. Called him multiple times - He promises to resolve, then nothing - no action. Don't walk, run away from this people.
