We slow roast our own turkey daily, we cut our fries fresh and make our own coleslaw, we just introduced house made salt and pepper chips that we make everyday, our shrimp is brought in fresh daily, we slow roast our pork for 7 to 8 hours, our burgers and chicken breast our fresh, we make our chicken tenders to order. I guess it's safe to say we specialize in freshness!

We came to celebrate a college graduate. Food was outstanding. Our party had filet mignon trio, prime rib, new York strip, mahimahi, surf and turf. Absolutely no complaints. The side dishes - green beans, mashed potatoes, and wild mushrooms were plenty for two or three people. The bread was baked fresh, warm, and with the jalapeno butter.....yum yum.
It is pricy. But, the portions are large.
Expect to spend some time and some big bucks for dinner.
I would come back for special events but not everyday.

The BEST bison steak I have ever eaten.....maybe the best meat outside of Argentina. You will not believe the wedge salad for &10 and the popover will knock your socks off.
It's my favorite restaurant so I'll always give this place rave reviews ;)
