The care takers are very rude as well as administration. There are only a few that are genuinely nice, but you know the old saying "only takes a few bad apples to ruin the bunch". I wouldn't recommend anyone to put their loved ones in that facility.

It one of the best in New York City .Great staff ,incredible rehab facility and vent unit .it is a five star facility according to Medicaid and Medicare which tells one that we are doing a great job at Isabella .i have been working there for over nine years and I love it .
