If I could give negative stars, I would. Worst management ever! Apartments are falling apart and old yet they have the gall to charge oilfield prices for slummy apartments. Laundry room never functions properly, fire alarms always going off and making loud buzzing noises in the hallways. WARNING!!! DO NOT RENT / OR SIGN A LEASE WITH IPM property management!
I hope this helps someone avoid all the trouble i have delt with when dealing with these people. Lazy, incompetent, unprofessional slum lords and liars! I really cant believe how remedial this company is and how they get away with running a business is beyond me! I was dooped into signing a lease "fraudulent lease"...
