Horrible service. The dealer and office employees of this location are rude. When you request service appt and ask to be on site they just show up anyway. Invisible Fence offers a great product but request corporate to assign you another dealer otherwise you'll be stuck using this location and if that is the case find another system to put in.

I have had my invisible fence for several years and if I had to do it over again I would simply find another company or buy one at Home Depot/Lowes or Dogwatch of Memphis. The way they treat their customers is just sad. They are VERY rude. I went in with a defective collar and the receptionist just said sorry that's not under warrenty.
