Help us make it rightI had a horrible few days because of this office. My father went there, because an xray showed something that looked malignant on his lung. He was scared to death. The nurse told him that his lungs were the worse lungs she had ever heard which scared him even more. Then they gave him an appointment card to get his biopsy done. The nurse wrote the wrong date on it! After being up all night worrying the hospital told him that they would not do the biopsy that day and that he had to come back the next day for his actual appointment. Then he had to stay up all night again worrying, because these people do not have their stuff together. The physician is wonderful, but the nurses are HORRIBLE! I tried to talk to a supervisor there, but they would not let me.
