It's not a bad place. The lofts are true lofts so you have to be able to deal with complete openness. The stainless steel appliances are really nice. It's also convenient to have a grocery store, cafe, and a bar right in the building. The pool is nice, but its not the best to catch some sun. The fitness center is pretty poor. This place is AMAZING! Hip and cool, sophisticated and convenient. This place has it all. The Market, dry cleaning services, a bank, cafe, bar and a great patio to sit and read the Sunday paper at while having brunch. Come on! The Urban Market is located in downtown Dallas off of Jackson street. It can be approached from Evary and Jackson. I was amazed to see a CLEAN grocery store in downtown.
