They were FULLY acquanted with the fact that it came from Italy, was a special order and had an 8-10 week estimated lead time. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I am remodeling the bathrooms at a house I purchased and ordered tiles at this store, which I had to pay upfront.

I was told they will deliver these tiles within 8 weeks. The tiles came, LATE, and one third of the delivery did not match my order.
It has been a couple of weeks already and I still do not have my tiles. I will now have to pay double mortgage next... more
