I recommend Dr. O-Lee as a physician. He has treated all of my children. However, the issues with his front office staff/billing department are ridiculous. They are rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They refused to process my son's latest visit using our insurance, forcing me to a cash pay and subsequent refund from them option. Dr. Olee is a great doctor. My son has seen Dr. Olee over 5 yesars since he was born with medical conditions. My son just had surgrey with Dr. Olee in UMC on Thursday and he has been done great job. The most caring surgeon I have ever had. Recently had a tonsillectomy and he calls to check in and encourage me to stick with the hard recovery. Never have felt more comfortable with a procedure in my life.

So far I have to agree with the rest of the reviews. The staff is rude. I called for a appointment and the lady on the phone was inpatient and sounded like she hated her job. I'll update once I go to the appointment.
