Very personable and very friendly. He surrounds himself with friendly and competent staff. I get VA medical care and I prefer getting it from Dr Needham.

Dr. Perez showed care and concern for me. He listened to me as I explained my situation. Then he clearly explained various options. All my questions were answered so I easily understood alternatives.

My only problem was locating the entrance due to construction.

She is amazing. Cared for our son so well. She did a great job when he was 11 months and had his tonsils and adenoids out. And then again when she repaired his laryngeal cleft at 2.5 years old. Our guy is not super fond of doctors but he thought she was great! I doubt we will ever find such a great ENT now that we don't live in that area.
