They projected 4 weeks from measure date to install, and they blinds came in 3.5 weeks. They were flexible to accommodate my schedule for in home measurement and installation. Everything was super fast and simple. I love my silhouette blinds.

I don't understand what True Religion jeans & Hummer trucks have to do with the service the company offers, either way I believe the previous reviews were isolated incidents as my experience with Interior Motif went beyond my expectations.
The at home consultation was very helpful, I had a chance to go through some samples & discuss other options from the confort of my living room.... more

the service is horrible. they are the slowest place i have ever encountered. they took 6 months to get our roman blinds installed, and the measurements were all wrong and we had to wait for them to fix it. we went with them because the original quote was reasonable, but what a mistake that was, because we ended up paying more than we expected. i feel like i've been had - the salesperson drove... more
