InterContinental got it right --- again --- at this reasonably new property overlooking the Hudson. The hotel towers 36 floors above the city, and waterside guests get a view that most Manhattanites would kill to have. Of course, the city views offer their own appeal. Very Nice, good location

On 44th Street 1 block from Broadway and Times Square. Very nice accommodations, very pleasant employees (after having a not very pleasant experience booking the hotel). They were so helpful and Marcus was the best! When we checked in early, he was able to get adjoining rooms with our daughter and granddaughter. We didn’t eat in their restaurant. They don’t provide lotion so bring your own.

Dysfunctional

As I write this, it’s 2:00 AM and I am awake because my thermostat doesn’t work and my room is a sauna. I tried calling down to the front desk to complain, but no one picked up. I knew something was wrong when I first got into the room, so I asked for someone to come look at my thermostat. An engineer came up, and he didn’t seem to understand how thermostats work. Nice hotel

The room was very nice. The hotel gave me a free upgrade, so it was nice to have the extra space. The gym has all essential equipment for a midtown hotel. Location is very good for broadway shows, Times Square and restaurants.

GREAT HOTEL

This is an amazing hotel with excellent service. We were located one block away from timesquare which was perfect as it was just out of the hussel and bustle yet was merely a 2 min walk when we wanted to be in the midst of timesquare.In terms of improvements the hotel could improve the finishes on the various floors when you get out the lift walking to room. Tricks that do not worth the reputation of the Hotel

Intercontinental Hotel is very well located and especially at the xmas season, very expensive. But we pay for what we understood fair and for what is agreeded for in our reservation. When we just arrived at the Hotel we had knowledge that we must pay USD30/day as "convenience fee" or something like that, without any previous warning.
