I travel all over the Midwest and this is my favorite place to stay. The rooms are nice enough but its the service you get here that I love most. The doorman is always helpful, they know me by name, give me upgrades, etc. It also seems to be the place for business. The hotel lobby has a water atrium, bar and lots of good looking people. Had our wedding guests stay at the hotel and everyone raved about it. Great location, wonderful facilities (although no pool), and fun hotel lounges. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to all.
