Great luxury hotel

Review Rating
As nice as the Four Seasons but easier on the pocketbook (just slightly). Great service. I booked through my American Express platinum card and got access to the club floor. They have a Jurlique Spa too that is wonderul. I have stayed there more than once. The hotel now has Ipod players in the room and over-sized very fluffy bathrobes.

Really nice and clean a great place for a wedding, baby shower, party, anniversary. I really enjoyed my stay this is a very busy hotel though lots of traffic. If you don't mind the traffic the stay is well worth it.

Rooms are fabulous - affordable luxury!

Customer service was poor - fair.
Check-in was extremely lengthy and staff were unapologetic.

I was charged for mysterious Bar bills. When I went to check-out and challenge the charges, the staff member left the counter to "check on the bill" and when he returned he stated, "I will remove the charges for now..." seemingly accusing me of the bar tab... more
