I arrived 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork then I waited 1.5 hours to be seen. They cycled through the waiting room twice and still didnt call my name. Waited over an hour after my set appointment. Got to see the doc to get questions answered. He's got a very high opinion of himself. Then when I wanted to get my convalescent leave paperwork signed for the military, they said they would not do it without a $40 payment. My patient advocate told me that was illegal. We never asked dr a question without him getting offended and more than 2 months later, I still have kidney stones! Three mess-ups in scheduling-two with procedures and one an office visit. Seems to be little communication and organization with him and staff. We will not be back.

Second visit to ask a question, and waited 45 min beyond apointment time. I asked if I should be rescheduled and was told no, that he would be with me shortly. Waited an additional 10 min and finally had to leave due to other commitments. I will find another doctor.
