I have had my M5 BMW repaired at Insurance Collision Centers. My car was at the shop for 16 days. My final bill was $18,890. I was involved in Heavy Front-In Collision. The people here act like they have your best interests in mind, but in the end they are just crooks. I brought my car there in December and didn't find out that it was totaled until February. They kept going back and forth with my insurance company and wouldn't agree on a reasonable cost for repair. Don't trust them.
