This place is a rip off they give you a card and the card does't work .They file your taxes without your signature or w2. They also had to amend my taxes and it mess up my taxes .now they are saying that i awe when i have three dependents. That crazy this has never happen before. please dnt go to instant tax on armour in missouri this place is so ghetto went sat to file taxes with last ps the so called manager said he would see what he could do so monday he never called to have me sign I went to get my info he asked who was doing my taxes I said jackson hewitt a worker behind him yells out u really gone let them do it have u checked the fine print then she yells GONE...

Simple enough, I went in to the office to get some information, found out they could not get my w-2. I asked them to hold off on the process until I could access my w-2's, did not sign any paperwork, and recieved a text message from them about two days later telling me they filed my taxes already.
