Not spectacular. Good things: Off street parking, good bed, clean, good breakfast.
No street noise, but I could hear my neighbor snoring and my wife could hear me speaking in the dining room when I went for coffee. Decoration could use a bit of upgrading. "Snacks" were not much unless you like 7 up, popcorn and granola bars.

I was in LA from 19th to 26th July attending the Serious Play conference at USC. Offered the choice of, among others, Radisson, Holiday Inn, Marriott and Hilton, I chose to stay at Patsy's The Inn at 657 based on reviews and recommendations, and was absoloutely delighted with my stay.

This is a cozy little bed and breakfast. Really enjoyed the stay. Very quiet, surrounded by plants.Clean. Wonderful breakfast and innkeeper Patsy and her daughter Tracy are a delight. Plan to stay again next time i visit the city. Highly recommend!!!
