DUNG PHAM is the WORST claim adjuster EVER! Im not exaggerating when I say that He is the WORST! My family was desperately in need of help from him (our adjuster) but he basically gave us the cold shoulder. The other party was a 100% at fault for the accident and we filed a police report on the spot, we also have an eye-witness to vouch for us, but when it came to filing our claim through OUR insurance HE DENIED us. He was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and very DEMEANING. The way he talked to us was not pleasant at all. It seemed like he didnt care, literally. If we we're on fire and he was nearby a bucket of water, he would dump it on himself then laugh at us. Thats how horrible of a person he is. Instead of comforting his clients we got the boot. In his own words "We can refund all your money and find yourself another insurance!" without hesitant. Instead of trying to keep his clients and set a positive atmosphere he was willing to let us go. He was very bitter towards us when we contacted him about the status on our claim, because we were persistent. Its been 3wks since the accident happened and no progress from our insurance and him.
