Things were fine for the first 3 years, only small annual rate increases, but now that we've been there for 4 years, POW!!!!!! They're raising the rent from $181 a month to $289 a month!!! Renters BEWARE!!! I checked competitors prices and found that the $181 we've been paying with no complaint, is around $3-$31 higher than what the other places charge. I think they're banking on you not...
