I don't know if it is because I didn't have much to spend, but I could not get anyone to return my calls or give me a straight answer when it came to price. One person told me that the delivery fee could be waived, another said that it couldn't ("company policy"). I waited for a week for the first person to return my call. WOW! The staff was amazingly friendly. I screwed up! It was my anniversary. I forgot. I stopped in the store at about 3:30 in the afternoon, I was in a rush and noticed the staff was busy with other customers. I was acknowledged by the staff and they would be right with me.
