I love my apartment

Really, this apartment has worked out better than I thought it would. It's so close to work and convenient to visiting my grandchildren, it really is the best place for me. I really like the new management, and Jeremy the new manager has done a great job of maintaining this building. I plan on renewing my lease in a couple of months.

I love my apartment and the closeness of all the shops and restaurants. The new management has been wonderful about getting anything I needed in my apartment completed. I enjoy the sense of community and look forward to more years as a resident here. (Alan - six year resident)

One of the WORST places to live

This place is a joke. They just got bought by Property Resource Associates and the property is worse than it ever has been, there's never any hot water or heat, they turn off the air conditioner way too early so you have to sit in your apt and sweat. They now make you pay add'l utilities (which this ad doesn't state). Property is always getting broken into, never any parking spaces for paying...

They have locked & secured entrances. They are spacious apts. They have half covered parking. They have a great lobby. Nice & big. Well main...
