I appreciate your prompt reply but I am surprised you have never had complaints since we had so many problems. I don't even know all of what went wrong as I was so busy with other things, but here is what I know,
1.) My notes state that my bouquet was supposed to be small (no bigger than 8-10 inches) while it was beautiful, it was sooo big (wider than my waist) that it took away from me....

We were able to have a 2 hour meeting with the florist before the wedding, and really sit and talk about things. I met her at the bridal show in Duluth at the DECC.
