This is the power house gym. This the only gym where you can find a 100 lbs. plates. Tons of equipments . Con, 10 & 5 lbs. weights is hard to find. Gym members are courteous and respectful.

this gym is the best in stockton.. the real deal people come here. staff is awesome.*****i have been to the other inshape in town, but full with a bunch of kids,and people just standing around.**(bianchi,downtown,benholt,quial lakes)**

I came here on a Sunday afternoon an it seemed kinda intimate not to many people there.The water was very nice an the staff was nice.Nice sized gym too.They had super troopers on the TV too an that's one of my favorite movies.

Two of my family members have memberships here and one of them gave me a 7 day pass to try it out.The 7 day pass says "unlimited 7 day membership-all hours-all amenities." So when I go to try it out, I first get sent to see a gym salesperson.Nice guy and all, but I guess he was on commission.All I wanted …
