The manager (Armando??) is just a jerk. I love in n out but he has just completely ruined this location for me.. Such a disappointment.

I love in n out and I can't imagine ever uttering anything to the contrary... that said, this drive thru literally takes foreeeeeverr. It's not at all unusual to have drivers turn off their car...

In-N-Out Burger is a hamburger chain in the western United States. The chain's menu features just four basic items -- hamburgers, cheeseburgers, the Double-Double (two patties and two slices of cheese), and French fries -- but patrons are free to customize their hamburgers and add on shakes or sodas. The chain does not use microwaves, heat lamps, or freezers.
