The policies of this company is based on poor people who are used to getting walked on because of low fiances and bad credit. I was with a company purchased by Impulse. After 5 years with Impulse I just got tired of them and left. Will NEVER comeback regardless of price.

Wow $140.00 per month for two standard business lines. I thought i was back in the 70's with the at&t monopoly.

I was calling all around town for service having a hard time just trying to speak with someone live , one company even had me on hold for 45 mins before i spoke with someone. I called Impulse telecom from thier add on here and spoke with someone right away. The lady answered all my questions, without rushing me, and helped me find what i needed. I experienced wonderful customer service. Plus I can even pay my bill locally. Some of the other companies I called didnt even have a local office (wow). just felt I should share this experience with others. I with defientaly will tell me friends...

I went to Impulse after being at another big time phone company and here I wasn't treated like a number. All the people I spoke with were friendly and helpful and it's nice that they are local.
