Went over in the morning and took over and hour and a half while I waited. Only two other cars/people ahead of me. Other places can usually get it done withing 30 to 40 minutes. Staff was friendly though.

I had to get the vehicle fixed to be safe - I asked them to reimburse part of the cost and they flatly refused.
They do not care about their customers.
