Finally a great pizza joint in St Louis!

After a long, arduous search for good pizza, my hubby and I found it at B & T Pizza. We first stumbled upon them at their booth at the Taste of St Louis and we loved it! The crust has a slight crunch followed by a nice chew, the sauce is just right, great flavor but not too much of it on there. \r

My friends would all agree with 2 things. 1) I'm one of the pickiest people in the world. 2) B&T's has the best pizza PERIOD. It's New York style, it has the most amazing crust I've ever tasted, and the ingredients are extremely fresh. I just wish they stayed open later during the week for my midnight snack!

God bless St Louis for having their own style of pizza, but thank god for New York style! If you have been to New York and had a great slice of pizza then you long for it. Advertising New Style is one thing, but putting a good slice on your paper plate it is another thing and this place does that. They have happy hour prices on beer and it is cold, so give me pitcher of beer and two slices!
