Not your typical IHOP. Superb service, food was great, and most of all it was super fast. I'm used to waiting a long time for the food at IHOP. Not here.

Not only was the service top notch so was the food. Cinna a stack pancakes yummy!! Restaurant was very clean and this includes the bathrooms.

It was pretty close to closing when we went in for breakfast food. Maybe an hour or so before. We were still treated kindly without being rushed. I say this because I originally opted to not eat...
