IHOP is the best place to eat because it has is delicious food and you will be satisfied and it is so nice with the waiters and every one.

I stumbled on an advertisement... I located one very close to work.... I had the STEAK OMELET... OMG...IT IS DELICOUS! ! ! A NEW REPEAT CUSTOMER!!!

Terrible- wouldn't recommend even to worst enemy!

The service is terrible there. If you need a refill or something is wrong with your food, you might as well hang it up- you won't get any help!!! Also if you go with a family- the service is worse. Older people or single - the servers will pamper to your every need. Our food was cold- but couldn't return it- because we never saw our server again- until another server brought our check.

Good, franchise standard food and service. For lack of breakfast places in the area, IHop will do. Everything is pretty franchise-flavored, even the way the waitstaff operate. The place is also always busy. But, for a quick in-and-out breakfast, this place will do. Lack of character forces me to give the IHop just a standard rating...but you can't go wrong if you're looking for consistency.
