Food is OK but all IHOP restaurants that I have been to are extremely filthy. Nothing is wiped down so everything is sticky, glasses and silverware are not fully washed, etc. I would go to IHOP as a last resort.

this place is totally reliable. food is always yummy. pancakes are always light and fluffy. i love this place.
