We were wanting to find a local cafe for breakfast before attending the NASCAR race in September. Guess we got too far close to Dover before looking for something. Ended up at good 'ol IHOP though and we were happy with our decision.
Nice quick service and our waitress, Jessica, was very friendly. I think she could tell we didn't...

After a week in small towns and out of the way places, it was nice to enjoy a familiar breakfast ! Was delicious, eggs cooked perfectly, all food cooked as ordered. Waitress was very nice and very attentive.

I have attended the Dover IHOP for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is always a great place to stop for a good meal. It is not unusual for me to stop at IHOP when I want to eat out as I know I will have a wide variety of options to choose from.

Walked in the door...bad first impression. I always meet friends for breakfast and I was looking around to see if they were there when the"hostess" asked "how many in you party?" I told her I was looking to see if they were already seated. " We won't seat you if your whole party is not in the door", she said....
