The IHOP near Chesapeake square is a better choice. The staff at the Fredrick blvd. had slightly bad attitude. The service was slow although the restaurant was slow. Will not be returning. I will drive the extra miles to the one near the mall.

The ladies on duty today were pleasant and prompt with service. I got my usual of pancake combo w/ rye toast instead of hash browns. The toast this time was just right.

yea i agree i am a server at ihop and our paychecks are nothing we make our money off of tips........ i think that you should not go out and eat if you cant at lrast leave a 5 doller tip its crazy how much stuf we go threw to make sure…
