IHOP is IHOP, efficient, economic and good food with good service on Canal Street. Fantastic for a reasonable and good breakfast at one third the price of being in a hotel restaurant.

Super busy during Mardi Gras, but last chance at an affordable breakfast before venturing into the French Quarter.
Only negative is to beware of getting caught on the wrong side of Canal when the parade starts. You may not get back to the other side for hours.

I really wish i could remember the womans name who waited on us because i will call who i need to just to reiterate how rude she was. She was rushing us the entire time. The place was empty i dont know what her problem was. She even was rude when she brought us the food. Worst service ever
