The manager prepares the meals between 2-4am horrible.... she needs to go back to the basics...... The wait staff is great though.

My wife and I used to love going to the IHOP in Elizabeth City, NC, but not any more. The last time we went the service was horrible, the hostess was extremely rude and incompetent. To top it off there were two very long hairs in our food. I know it was not ours because it was 1 the wrong color and 2 it wax in two different plates of food, deep in the eggs. I would not give this IHOP any stars...

What can I say its IHOP, it was crowded but that is normal, service was great and food was great also.

Skipped the continental breakfast at next door Fairfield just to eat here as I usually love their crepes. Big disappointment, crepes were thick and chewy more like pancake than light fully crepe as it should have been. Waitress was very rude about my carried in cup of coffee from Fairfield, should have left then but really love their crepes normally...
