I went here on my birthday (9/19). Had eaten at IHOP before but this time it wasn't as pleasant. My husband told our waitress that I was my birthday and she just answered "oh that's nice". Not even a hey we have a birthday here or anything. Geez. I also wrote into the corporate office to see what they say....
