We have used this company twice and just referred him to our neighbor with a septic problem. The first time he was out he inspected and pumped our septic tank. The 2nd time was about 2 years later when we had a clogged pipe in our system.

Both times he was great, on time and VERY fair with his pricing. I will never use another septic company again. EVER! I've been on septic for many years and only wish I'd found this company sooner. Could have saved me a lot of money and many headaches!

I use Ideal for my small business needs! I own a property management company in Mesa, AZ - and Ideal has handled simple items all the way to main line drain replacements. I have always found them to quick to respond (its always an emergency!)! They give me a price prior to work and have never gone over that amount. They respond even late at night! Ideal has always been very respectful to my renters, and they keep the work areas clean! I appreciate great vendors! I very much recommend Ideal.

This company was referred to my through a friend. I was nervous because I am a single woman and did not want to be taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge. The operator came out, assessed my damages and explained everything to me in a way that I understood exactly what the problem was and how it was to be fixed. The price that he quoted was less than a different valley company that I had called for a quote! When the work was done you could hardly tell that they had been there. I am super satisfied with the work that was done, the price that I paid and I would definitely recommend...

We chose to use this company despite the a negitve posting at an earlier date. We found this company to be very honest and easy to talk to. We understood that because of their busy work load, we knew it was because they were recommended by many people which as they explained they do run behind at time but they would take care of us. This company was recommended to us and we in return recommend them! They are a small family owned business and we appreciated the personnal touch.

Said they do they job we needed, scheduled, never showed, never returned messages. Finally after multiple attempts on our part over several days contacted someone and they rescheduled, again never showed or called, and has yet to return calls and it's been over 2 days. My husband and I both lost time from work waiting for these ya-hoo's. Not even the decency to let us know they couldn't do the work so we could find someone else. We've now had to cancel and reschedule with our other subcontractors several times now for the 2nd phase of this project that can't start until we get the...
