Great concept and very good sushi. Watch out though, because those plates really add up! We went there for ladies book club and closed down the place. Everyone liked their selections and it was fun to try all the different kinds of sushi.

GREAT Sushi! in the middle of Colorado
Best I've had in a long time, including from HAWAII.
I don't know how they do it, but it's terrific.
Going back this week :)
PS. Get the molten chocolate cake for dessert, YUM!

Food here was great. We ordered off the menu and chose sushi from the conveyor belt. The veggies were really fresh and the sushi was excellent. We will be back.

We went with friends who had been there before. I had never been to a conveyor belt sushi joint before and I was a tad apprehensive but it turned out to be very good. The owner / chef made us a couple special request with tobiko as I am a fan. He then made us another pickled herring and roe...
