I have taken my two Lexus vehicles there for the past year, because they are a Diamond Certified retailer - which gaurantees work performed. Great personal service, ride home or loaner available. Performed some service without charge. Highly recommended - as good as the Lexus dealer but less expensive.

These folks have been extremely dishonest with me. They did repairs which did not relate to the problems I was having and didn't resolve the problem, only to tell me, on my return, that it must be something else.
