I am not a fan of IGO after having a TERRIBLE experience with them. I reserved a car and couldn't get the doors to unlock for 20 minutes. I finally had to call a customer service representative who told me my reservation had not gone through even though I had an e mail confirmation of it. I was using I-Go for quite some time, until a little over a year ago I had booked a car to pick up a friend at the airport. The car had not been returned to the lot where I had reserved the car. I panicked as I had just enough time for the drive to O'hare, but I calmly called I-go. I was put on hold for almost 20 minutes, then told they were unable to locate the car, and I could "take a cab"...
