Help us make it rightI was seen January 5th for an eye exam. I decided to purchase a pair of "Tory Burch" Frames from I-Care in which came back on January 21, 2015. I went to pick up my new glasses, in excitement that was of course until I got their and noticed that the quality was not authentic. The box, bag and frames were all in-authentic. I have purchased Tory Burch in the past and I know the quality of them. The emblem was distorted and fraudulent. I politely asked if I could know where they purchased their products from. In immediate defense they aggressively asked why did I want to know. I told them that I believed that my eyeglasses were not authentic and I was asked to see my glasses (old pair) then asked how could I even know that if I wasn't wearing "Tory Burch". This got a rise out of the "receptionist" who then said they get all of their frames from a rep in which meant they were all "authentic". I mentioned that for all of the money I paid for them, they should have been real. I did not want the glasses and requested that I'd be refunded. I was told I could not have a refund until they called the insurance and also spoke with "Dr. Dani" who came outside while we were speaking, heard that I was having an issue and completely disregarded me. I then took it upon myself to call the insurance company and in the mist of that the waiting room was filled with customers while she loudly shouted as I walked away that " I was angry now just as I was when I missed my initial appt, because I (overslept)" I was mortified, I said excuse me?? I did not miss my appt because I "overslept" insinuating as if I were just a lazy, irresponsible person. I work in the construction management field and when work calls, work calls! I just couldn't believe the lack of customer service with both the people and product that I received. I am requesting a refund of my purchase which was $315.00 charged to my debit. I will never return to I-Care again. Very unprofessional, called me "honey" the entire time as if I were her child and completely disregarded the fact that they were trying to sell me fraudulent merchandise. All I want is my money back and never to do business with them again! After reviewing their reviews online apparently I am not the only one who has encountered this issue as well. They then contacted the local police station and had them call me and asked if I didn't return back to the store again! As if I were the problem! What a horrific experience!!! No professionalism whats so ever! If your looking for good service and quality merchandise drive far away from here!
