Victor is great!!! I've been stationed here for three years and 5 tattoos later still keep returning. Absolutely great, creative and good $$ for Vegas. Already planning the next.

I went to Nilson get a portrait of my grandma. he went over great detail of what I wanted, size, placement, etc. And was extremely friendly!
