Stayed here after we went to a wedding last year. For being in Penn's landing I thought it would be nicer and cleaner. The pictures that were showed are not what we got. we had to have are room switched because of the smell in the room. Won't go again

This is very nice hotel as you would expect if you stay at Hyatt Regency hotels. It is located on the river, so some of the rooms have a nice view. It is located close enough many great restaurants and historic attractions.

Don't stay here

We arrived just after check-in and were told we would need to wait 2 hrs for our room, with little explaination except that housekeeping is running a delay beacause... more
