The most recently constructed (Dec 2000) major hotel in town towers above the Delaware River waterfront, easily accessible from I-95. Stayed here after we went to a wedding last year. For being in Penn's landing I thought it would be nicer and cleaner. The pictures that were showed are not what we got. we had to have are room switched because of the smell in the room. Won't go again
This is very nice hotel as you would expect if you stay at Hyatt Regency hotels. It is located on the river, so some of the rooms have a nice view. It is located close enough many great restaurants and historic attractions.
Bad service, dingy rooms, inexperienced staff.
My one night getaway was made unpleasant by the staff at this hotel.
I don't usual write reviews, but I travel a lot and I have never seen such bad service at a "high quality" hotel.
We arrived just after check-in and were told we would need to wait 2 hrs for our room, with little explaination except that housekeeping is running a delay beacause...
