This is a very nice hotel and conference facility. The rooms are very clean, well decorated, and there is a nice restaurant. The new construction in downtown Miami is overwhelming. It shows no sign of letting up soon and makes walking travel very difficult.

Recently stayed at the Hyatt on business – typical Hyatt Regency quality in a convenient location. 10 minutes to airport, 10 minutes to South Beach, for an affordable price. Hotel recently renovated and rooms are good and nice lobby/restaurant/bar. Staff was attentive and place was clean. Overall, a nice stay for the money.
