This is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed in. Because of its shape - all floors are open and overlook the main lobby - the noise echoed up through the entire hotel. My heat went out in my home on a cold winter day, and the repairman had to order a part to fix my furnace. I decided to take my family to a local hotel until it was fixed. We went to the Hyatt Hotel which is located in downtown Louisville. It was a pleasant stay for my whole family.
