The staff is very uncoordinated, snooty, rude and could care less. Rooms are small but decent as is the location however the terrible customer service (or lack there of dont think they know what that means) doesnt compensate for the location. There are other hotels in the vicinity that offer far better service and actually make you feel like they appreciate your business.

This hotel was very impressive, and the view was spectacular. Also, the hotel had great restaraunts in walking distance, along with the beach nearby. Most importantly, I was attending a conference that was adjacent to the hotel. I did not have to spend extra money in ground transportation, because I could just walk straight to it. ...
