Overall had a great experience. Check in was very quick and efficient. Employees were all very nice and greeted you whenever you walked by. Overall the room was nothing special but the hotel itself was very nice. Rooftop pool was also a nice perk. Had to change room due to a broken air conditioner, however machines break so I understand....

We previously stayed in the Riverfront area at the Omni and we had a horrible experience so we decided to try the Hyatt since we are Passport members. Love this hotel! Have stayed here many, many times! Great location, great view, great staff! The beds in this hotel are SO comfortable! The bathrooms have nice upgrades! The showerheads don't just drip down on you. Love the sink in the bathroom and outside of the bathroom. Great views of the city/river! We always get a high floor, it's spectacular!...
